pricing FAQ
what happens when my free trial ends?
you'll receive email reminders at 7, 3, and 1 day before your trial ends. after the trial, Solo continues at R50/month. you'll have a 7-day grace period to add a payment method. projects are suspended (not deleted) until payment.
how does bandwidth overage work?
each tier includes a generous bandwidth allowance. these are soft caps — we'll notify you if you exceed your limit and suggest upgrading. we don't charge per-GB overage fees.
can i change tiers at any time?
yes. upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount. downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
what payment methods do you accept?
we accept credit and debit cards via Paystack for south african customers. Team tier customers can request custom invoicing.
